Nature:

Preparation Method:
The synthesis of -4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenol is usually obtained by the reaction of phenol and trifluoromethylbenzene sulfonate.
-During the reaction, phenol and trifluoromethylbenzene sulfonate are first heated to react to generate an intermediate product. The intermediate product is then subjected to a further chemical reaction to replace the amino group in the product with a chlorine atom to give 4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenol.
